With high turn-over of products, inventory managment is critical -- with all three sales channels kept in real-time synch. If a last item is sold at the cash register, its instantly removed from the websites. Gift Cards are available for purchase instore, or used for customer returns, which can then also be used online. Twigs takes advantage of all the SeCommerce Supply chain features - from issuing PO's, Receive Vouchers, Consignment support, and automatically having in-store product labels print on thermal printers. With 10,000 customers and 25,000 products, this multi-million dollar business relies on SeCommerce.

Samaya Designs & Art Deco Atelier
These two websites are managed and maintained by a single database and a single Administration.
More websites could be added seamlessly, along with retail POS outlets.
All inventory is managed centrally, and any changes to inventory from one channel are updated in real-time to all channels.
This is all out-of-the box functionality with SeCommerce.
Both sites leveraged a similar layout, which brought down Design costs.
Each of the websites also support separate Retail & Wholesale accounts,
with an approval process to support Wholesale applications.
Pricing is easily managed for each of these channels, based on Account Logon credentials.
